Day 000

This is the beginning of my daily log monitoring my diet, exercise, weight and overall feelings during this health experiment I am undertaking. My strategy and goals are outlined in my first video below.

They say that the journey of 1,000 miles begins with one step. This video captures me as I am just beginning to move my right foot forward into Day 001 - my first step.



I am already able to do some pretty impressive things like leg press 1,350 lbs 25 times.
